Oreo Cookie Balls
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp. black decorating gel
- 2 tsp. orange decorating icing
- MIX cream cheese cookie crumbs until blended.
- SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble snowmen.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.
How to Easily Dip Cookie Balls: To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls in prepared pan; let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
Note: If any melted chocolate remains after all balls are coated, store in tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use for another use.
Variations: Try other Holiday OREO Cookie Balls. Substitute semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate for the white chocolate. Or, tint white chocolate with red food coloring before using to coat cookie balls. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate or icing as shown in photo.

3 days. 2 people. 1 story.
‘Hank’ Jerry, a down and out writer, and Jack Darcy, a former gang leader, team up to write his story for mutual gain and end up falling for each other.
It’s not long before their romance is as hot as the copy she’s writing, but they’ve both got something to hide that could blow up in their faces, and with time running out and gang enforcers closing in, will the trust they’ve forged survive the ultimate test?
As part of The 12 Days of Christmas celebration, Rebecca donated a $10 Amazon Giftcard to the prize list.
